Q: How do I access my hosting account?

You can access your hosting account via the main navigation under Hosting and clicking on Account Login.

Q: How Do I Backup My wordPress Website

To backup your site, you will have to log into your web hosting account.

Once you have logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT.

Under your account, click on the green MANAGE button for Web Hosting.

If you have more than one hosting account, Click the blue MANAGE button for the cPanel hosting.

In your cPanel dashboard, scroll down to FEATURED APPLICATIONS and click on WordPress.

Select the MY APPLICATIONS tab at top.

Click the backup button for your preferred WordPress installation and enter a label for your backup.

Hit BACKUP. That’s it! When the site backup is complete you can view your backup under MY BACKUPS tab.
